The Uganda Wildlife Education Centre is one of Uganda€™s most popular wildlife attractions, located along the shores of Lake Victoria in Entebbe. It is often referred to as the €œEntebbe Zoo,€ but it is more than a zooit is a conservation and rescue center for Uganda€™s native wildlife. Visitors can see a variety of animals including lions, giraffes, chimpanzees, rhinos, crocodiles, and many bird species, all in natural-style habitats. Many of these animals have been rescued and are being rehabilitated or cared for in a safe environment.
